Raising a boy in this world isn't what it used to be.
If you're a parent of a son — or someone helping raise one — you probably already know something's shifted. The old maps don't quite work. The pressures are different. The influences are stronger, faster, and often invisible to us as adults.
A lot of parents are quietly worried. About screens. About what their boys are watching, listening to, and absorbing. About friendships and relationships that seem harder to navigate than they were a generation ago. About whether the version of manhood their son is being sold online is the one you'd choose for him.
You're not overreacting. You're paying attention. The good news is: you don't need to have all the answers to make a real difference. Small shifts in how we listen, respond, and stay connected can change the whole trajectory. That's what this page is for.
A FREE GUIDE FOR PARENTS OF BOYS
I've put together a free downloadable guide covering:
The cultural landscape boys are actually navigating — including the online influences most parents don't fully see
Signs of disconnection — what to watch for, and what's usually normal adolescence
How to have the conversations that build trust rather than shut it down
What actually helps — grounded, practical, non-judgemental
When to reach out for more support
No sign-up required. No email capture. Just a resource you can download, read, and share.
Parent workshops aren't something I'm running at the moment — but one to one coaching and support is possible. We are considering developing a group program if there's enough interest.
If you'd like to know when that happens, leave your email below and I'll let you know. No newsletter, no marketing — just a heads up if and when something's available. And if you're navigating something specific with your son right now, or there's something you'd find useful that isn't here yet, send me a message. I read everything that comes in.
