Be The Change provides mentoring, facilitation, education, and wellbeing support services. The work offered is relational, reflective, and development-focused. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or crisis services. While the work may draw on evidence-informed practices and trauma-aware principles, it does not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or clinical therapy unless explicitly stated and contracted within a regulated framework. If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, risk of harm to yourself or others, or require urgent support, you are encouraged to contact appropriate emergency or professional services.
Responsibility and Participation
Participation in this work is voluntary. Clients and participants remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions during and after engaging in mentoring, group work, retreats, or educational programs. While care is taken to create safe, respectful, and well-held spaces, personal growth and reflection can involve discomfort. By engaging in this work, you acknowledge this and agree to participate at your own pace and within your own limits.
Confidentiality and Limits Confidentiality is treated with care and respect. Information shared in one-to-one work, circles, retreats, or programs is kept private, except where disclosure is required by law — including situations involving risk of serious harm to self or others, or mandatory reporting obligations. Group-based work also relies on shared responsibility. While clear agreements around confidentiality are established, absolute confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.
Use of AI-Assisted Tools In some contexts, AI-assisted tools may be used solely to support administrative tasks, such as:
summarising session notes
organising reflections or action points
improving clarity and continuity of written records
These tools are not used to replace human judgment, relational presence, or professional decision-making.Any use of AI is:
supportive, not directive
overseen by a human practitioner
focused on accuracy and efficiency, not analysis or diagnosis
Sensitive personal content is handled with care, and no AI system is used to independently interpret, assess, or make decisions about participants.
Education and School ProgramsSchool-based programs, talks, and workshops are designed to be developmentally appropriate, preventative, and supportive. They do not replace the role of schools, parents, counsellors, or external support services, and are intended to complement existing wellbeing frameworks. Outcomes may vary depending on context, engagement, and broader systemic factors. No Guarantees While this work is grounded in experience, research, and proven principles, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed. Growth, reconnection, and change depend on many factors, including individual readiness, context, and ongoing support.
