SOUND FAMILIAR?
Heard any of these recently:

  • "Everything's fine" — and it is, mostly. Job's fine, family's fine. But there's part of you that quietly knows there's more.

  • "something's not right" —actually, it's not been okay for a while. You just haven't done anything about it, yet.                     Not sure where to start, or whether it's "really bad enough" to bother.

Both are essentially the same moment, really. — just at different depths.
And both are exactly the moment this work is for.
You don't have to wait until it's worse to find out.
The hardest part of any journey is the first step.

Here's a few ways this tends to show up:

  • "I don't know if I like my job anymore" — but feel trapped with needing to bring in the money. Burnt out, stretched too thin  questioning a path that's not working

  • "We just feel like flatmates" — distance that's crept  in, or watching a relationship unravel in front of you

  • "I loved becoming a dad but no one warns you it'd feel like this" — overwhelmed by fatherhood, or hurting over not seeing your kids enough

  • "I've got mates but no one really knows me" — surrounded by people, still lonely

  • " What am I actually working toward" — Just going through the motions, drifting from one month to the next

  • "Yeah bro I'm good" (you're not really) — Things sitting just below the surface stress, anger, numbness

Any of that land?
You don't need to be in the depths or crisis, and you don't need to even really know exactly what's wrong.
You just need to stop waiting.
